At Your Jukebox, we don’t provide traditional wedding entertainment!

Instead, we focus on creating unique musical experiences through live music and/or DJ sets. Our services also include audiovisual solutions, such as decorative lighting, Video-LED walls and floors, live streaming, dance floors, stages, and special effects like mirror balls, confetti blasters, and spark machines. If you’re looking for a more engaging event, we also offer a Master of Ceremonies to host and create dynamic interactions, and a Party Starter to encourage guests to hit the dance floor.

While background music isn’t mandatory, it is crucial for setting a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a smooth transition between different phases of your event.

The music choice will vary depending on whether your event is social (like a welcome drink or cocktail dinner), or more formal (such as meetings or conferences).

Whatever the setting, music is a great aggregator. Whether as ambience or entertainment, you can count on our services to make your event a success.

No worries! With many years of experience, the event manager advises each client on the best format, taking into account the number of guests, the chosen space and the desired atmosphere for each type of event, all in line with their indications, needs and expectations. The technical component is also assessed and adjusted to the defined concept, in order to create the best proposal and the right atmosphere for each event.

Our approach is comprehensive.

The DJ service includes sound systems, setup, and the DJ booth, along with live, creative participation during the event and playlist creation for different phases (ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, cake cutting, etc.).

If you have something different in mind and it takes place in different spaces, you’ll need additional sound systems to support these moments. The same goes for lighting, live music or specific, complementary equipment.

Our availability runs out in the most popular months for weddings, between May and October (inclusive). As soon as you have a date in mind, please contact us, preferably 12 months in advance.

At Your Jukebox, we have developed a five-step process to ensure your vision, timeline, and desired concept are executed with professionalism and creativity.

Presentation: we start by sending you our portfolio to showcase available options and schedule a meeting with the event manager to understand the event´s concept, needs, and expectations in detail.

This is followed by negotiation, where we prepare a detailed proposal according to what has been discussed previously. The service contract is sent and the availability of the team and the date of the event are blocked in the calendar of activities.

Production: this phase includes site visits, project design, and technical requirements. We then hold a preparation meeting with you to align all logistical and audiovisual expectations.

Execution: we send a briefing to all Your Jukebox team members involved, and coordinate with venue managers on every detail to ensure the event runs smoothly.

Post-Production: after the event, we gather client feedback and conduct an internal review to assess the event’s success and outcomes.

Each event is unique and 100% personalized for the client. In order to get to know you in detail (in musical terms), we send you a questionnaire (via an online platform), where you can indicate your musical preferences, restrictions, expectations, etc. Based on this document, we draw up the profile of the party and assign the DJ Your Jukebox that makes the perfect match.

This process is conducted closer to the event date—about a month in advance—to ensure everything is perfectly aligned.

Your Jukebox plays all kinds of music and has a very versatile and varied group of DJs. Each event is assigned a DJ whose creative profile is aligned with the characteristics of the event, defined by the client.

The basic format for a band, regardless of its formation (solo, duo, trio, quartet), is up to 2 hours of participation, without breaks. The DJ service includes a Your Jukebox team, adapted to the size of the event: XS option – up to 4 hours; BASE option – up to 9 hours; ADVANCED option – up to 12 hours; XL option – no time limit.
All options include professional technical support throughout the entire event.

Yes, we provide solutions for all types of venues, whether private and intimate or grand and ambitious locations, always taking into account the number of guests and the event concept.

Of course! For venues that have noise restrictions, a Silent Disco can be the option that keeps the dancefloor dynamics fluid without compromising the outcome of the event.

For more direct communication between the team and the client, the Your Jukebox uniform distinguishes us from other supplier groups present on site. It consists of black pants and a black polo shirt with the brand logo.
