At Your Jukebox, we have developed a five-step process to ensure your vision, timeline, and desired concept are executed with professionalism and creativity.

Presentation: we start by sending you our portfolio to showcase available options and schedule a meeting with the event manager to understand the event´s concept, needs, and expectations in detail.

This is followed by negotiation, where we prepare a detailed proposal according to what has been discussed previously. The service contract is sent and the team’s availability on the date of the event is locked in.

Production: this phase includes site visits, project design, and technical requirements. We then hold a preparation meeting with you to align all logistical and audiovisual expectations.

Execution: we send a briefing to all Your Jukebox team members involved, and coordinate with venue managers on every detail to ensure the event runs smoothly.

Post-Production: after the event, we gather client feedback and conduct an internal review to assess the event’s success and outcomes.

We use our own equipment, which is constantly updated and maintained with precision, and we partner with renowned companies to ensure the best solutions for each event.

Our availability runs out in the most popular months for weddings, between May and October (inclusive). As soon as you have a date in mind, please contact us, preferably 12 months in advance.

In a venue where these moments take place in different zones, the bride and groom should take into account the need to assign each place its own sound support (be it a personalized playlist by DJ Your Jukebox or a live music performance), so that the event has a musical identity and flow, right up to its climax, with the party going wild. In addition, you should consider party lighting, which “dresses up” the space, whether it’s to set the mood at dinner time or to energize the dance floor, and a DJ to create the musical concept of the event according to your instructions and perform the set in real time during the party.

Instead, we specialize in crafting unique musical experiences. Depending on your concept, we offer live music, DJ sets, or a Master of Ceremonies to guide the event and engage guests. We also provide content production services, including video and audio.

To enhance the experience of your event, we suggest using creative lighting to highlight key moments in an awards ceremony or presentation. Make an appointment with the event manager and she will present you with the ideal solution.

Yes, we have equipment for those who have already hired an external DJ from Your Jukebox, as well as technical and logistical support from the first moment to the last to ensure that nothing goes wrong during the event.

We offer various service packages with different time limits to suit your event.
You can choose from XS – up to 4 hours; BASE – up to 9 hours; ADVANCED – up to 12 hours; or XL – no time limit.
